For most standard residential home loans, there is no direct broker fee payable by you. I compare loan options from 40+ lenders, explain your choices and guide you through the application process from pre-approval to settlement. If a lender or loan type involves a fee, I’ll explain this clearly before you proceed.

2. Why use a Buyers Agent instead of searching on my own?
Buying property is about much more than attending open homes. As your Buyers Agent, I help you develop the right buying strategy, research suburbs and properties, identify potential risks, negotiate on your behalf and work to help you avoid overpaying. My goal is to make the buying process less stressful while helping you make a confident, informed decision.

3. Can you help first home buyers?
Absolutely. First home buyers often have the most questions, from understanding borrowing capacity and deposits to government incentives, finance approval and choosing the right property. I guide you through every stage of the journey, helping you understand your options before you commit to one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make.

4. Can I use your Mortgage Broking or Buyers Agent service separately?
Yes. You can engage me solely as your Mortgage Broker or solely as your Buyers Agent. Many clients also choose to use both services together because it provides one point of contact throughout the entire buying journey, from understanding your borrowing power to securing the right property and arranging the finance.

5. What happens during the free strategy session?
